Raynor came and did an initial repair within 24 hours, and within another dayhad obtained the required parts and did the full repair. They also discovered that the contractor had installed the door incorrectly and re-installed it properly. The serviceman was competent, pleasant, and efficient.

First door went in fine but the second door was not drilled for a lock. They had to bring it back to their shop as the tech did not have the needed tools on site to install the lock. No one notified me what day they planned to install the second door and I got a call at work one day saying the tech had shown up but couldn't get in. So I had to leave work to come home and open the door for him. A prior phone call the day before installation would have eliminated this problem. Very frustrating to have to drive 25 miles round trip just to unlock a door. To their credit, the techs were knowledgeable, diligent workers and did a good job. I did some minor clean up after they left but that was it. Overall, I would recommend this company.

They are very good. It is a family run business. They came right out and took care of our little problem and it was a very small house call. The door has been in for years and we never had a problem, it just needed an adjustment and he did it very reasonably and they are perfect now. They sent somebody down the same day because they were concerned with the security and fixed the problem. It was between $60 and $80 for the first house call and a small electric iPod but I know when they left, it was working perfectly and it was well worth it. If we had a problem with it, we would go back to them. They are very confident. They do very good work. They are professional and they respond right out to you. Not knowing that much about pricing in that, because only one time we had to use it, I was happy with the price. It was just one person who came but he looked at it, he figured it out, went to the truck, got a part, fixed it and said thank you very much; very good; very professional.

The garage door opener motor failed (installed in 1987) on Saturday. I stopped in at their office on Saturday and the new motor and related parts was installed on Tuesday morning. The installer was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did and gave excellent maintenance advice. Excellent service.

We were able to make an appointment within three days of our initial call. The tech arrived five minutes early and completed the work in under an hour. He provided information on what he believed needed to be done and allowed us to make the decision regarding the work. He provided an estimate of repair costs that seemed reasonable. The garage door opener that we purchased ended up being slightly more expensive than was quoted, but not unreasonably so. Our doors work much better than they did prior to his visit and this service will likely allow us to put off door replacement for at least several more years. Well worth the money spent.

Called the company as all 3 doors are cracking where the main hinge lifts the doors. Also, all the doors are rusting at the bottom. They came and took pictures 2 months ago. I have called at least 6 times and it is very rare that I get a real person to talk to. Usually voice mail, and they are not prompt in answering messages. Last call of two weeks ago the secretary told me that the sales rep, who is out of Buffalo, I hope that's in NY, would not be in the area for another month. At that time they will call me to set up an appointment. I cannot understand why the owners here locally of Raynor cannot make a decision about replacing the doors.

He was marvelous. He recommended a new garage door but this is working fine. I felt like the guy did an excellent work. I felt there was a lot of integrity there. They cared about the work that they provided. I would use them in the future.
